Orders usually ships within 24-48 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking number will be sent to your contact e-mail within the next 48 hours. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
Orders may be delayed or cannot be sent out for the following reasons:
- Wrong or unspecific address.
- Order is pending a credit card approval and verification
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order requires special customization.
- An order is shipped to a special location.
Delivery is guaranteed. If for some reason your package is lost or blocked we will reship it once again. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking number starts with M or V then your package has been shipped with UPS and you should track at www.ups.com
If your tracking number starts with EE, your package has been shipped with EMS and you should track your package on this link: http://www.ems.coop
If your tracking number starts with EA or EB then your package has been shipped by USPS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website.
